The Henry's Fork is still fishing well throughout, mostly with PMD's.  Try patterns like the Smith's Emerger or Rusty Spinners in sizes #16-18.  It's getting to be terrestrial time, so be sure and have ants and beetles handy when on the Henry's and fish them on grassy banks.  There are also still a few Flav's around on the upper river if you find yourself up there. Fly fishing on the Henry's Fork has been stellar as of late!  Flows are being reduced out of the Island Park dam and the whole river is fishing well now.   PMD's, Flavs, Sallies,  Caddis, Golden Stones, and Gray Drakes are all on the menu.  The PMD hatch has been the most reliable for taking fish on the surface.  Try Thorax Duns, Blue Ribbon Cripples, or CDC Biot Duns in sizes #14-16.  Cloudy, rainy days have been good for Gray Drakes. Green Drakes have begun on the Warm River to Ashton stretch, with #10-12 Green Drake Wulffs and Scumbags working the best.  As our weather warms look for the fish to key in on Golden Stones and Sallies more.  Dropping a caddis larva like the #14-16 Tungsten Electric Caddis or Soft Hackle will add to your results. As always, call Westbank Anglers at 307-733-6483 with any questions.more...
